“President Hyper Vaal – Grand Opening: In true Vaal fashion we all pitched up at the grand opening with our entire family. This was just before 20:00 on Thursday – Day 1 of the Grand Opening. And I just want to say that everyone at P.H. Vaal can give themselves a round of applause. Everyone was great. Well done that you had emergency services on hand in case some mothers got in a fight over pamperys regulating the traffic – you are some brave men. Well done to all the parking attendants showing us where we can park. Well done to every person in the Hypermarket who assisted each one of us, with a smile and always remaining calm in the chaos. Well done to each cashier and assistant – I know we stood in those queues for long, but I could see that it was the people making use of the great sales that caused delays, it was not the cashiers. You guys were like machines – with smiles. Thank you. Thank you to the countless security guards keeping us safe. Thank you to the attendant that helped us with our trolleys going off the escalator. Well done to each of you, that still greeted us with a smile even though it was already late. Thank you to management who provided your staff with meal packs during these long hours of the grand opening (yes, I saw some people with what I assume to be meal packs) Once again, I really think things could not have gone any better and I look forward shopping with you again. Keep that in mind the next few days – as this was only day one. I wish you all the best for the remaining 3 days and I pray that you will keep calm and smile through the following 3 days.
